It is a no cost program initially running on Thursday nights from 4 pm until 7:00 pm from September to December 2017. Chefs Marcia Ouellet and Robin Neilson will lead groups in preparation of a themed dinner.
Have fun, cook, socialize with others and take some meals home with you! Learn about nutrition and healthy eating.
This evening is adult only and limited to 12 diners for each session.

Rev. Allison Playfair will be holding Taize Services starting next Wednesday Sept 27th. They will be held on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of every month from 7:30 - 8 pm all welcome to join us in the fellowship room.
Women's Group meeting @ St Stephen
A special speaker will show us some easy Yoga moves that can be done on a chair or on your walker so we invite anyone who is interested to join us. for an evening filled with song and music that tells a story about the banks of
the Grand River & the Battlefields of Europe during World War II. Tickets $15
ea. light snacks prior to concert followed by coffee/tea after.

Research has shown that physical activities reduces the risk of obtaining heart disease, diabetes, and colon cancer. It reduces high blood pressure, relieves depression and anxiety, and helps control our weight. Those who exercise regularly maintain strength, balance, are more supple and are able to move without falling.
Join this group which will focus on becoming fit with a focus on stretching and flexibility, strength training, and balance. Exercises can be done sitting or standing.
Cost: $10 per session for Drop ins and $80 for the 10 week session

This is a wonderful way to share with other men in the North Burlington Church community. This starts up again on September 13th and will meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday's of the month.
